Candidates will be required to provide proof of the completion of their education.Masters degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline such as Political Science, Law, Journalism/ Communications, International Relations, Economics, Public Administration OR an acceptable combination* of education, training and work experience in the field relevant to the position.

Salary: 3,503,041 BDT per annum plus bonuses and benefits, non-negotiable

    A total of 8 years or more is considered an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience.

    Language:

    • Advanced fluency in English (oral and written)

    • Advanced fluency in Bangla (oral and written)

    Experience:

    • Significant* recent** experience in network development, relationship management, partnership building and engagement with non-governmental organizations, governmental actors, public institutions, private sector entities and/or multilateral institutions.

    • Significant* recent** experience working in areas related to human rights, gender equality and women’s empowerment, peace and security, or good governance.

    • Experience performing research and analysis and drafting reports, briefs or strategic communication materials (speeches, briefs, key messages).

    • Experience in project management, event planning or logistics coordination.

    • * Significant means a minimum of 4 years.

    • ** Recent refers to experience acquired in the past 7 years.
